why wont my character data load passed 45%???

These are the things you need to do to play with last patch.
*Turn Off your antivirus or put MaxKo folder in exceptions and repatch your client again.
*Install Net. Framework 3.5 Or Higher.
*Run as Administrator if you have Win7.
*Be sure that these files are in your MaxKo Folder (Client).
