The extra damage that u will get from absolute power will guarantee that everybody will die under the novas. By the time the pt comes back it will be off cooldown again and the cycle will repeat itself. As for rogues, if they get under the novas they will die anyway regardless how muc the novas hit. And tbh, i dont understand how ppl cant see a full pt that is coming to cry for example, kinda surprises me how easy it is to catch people off guard here. Just my personal opinion.

Indeed you got a point, but if they fail once, its over for them.
What about making the damage using absolute power the same damage novas have now. Would make things quite harder for mage party to succeed, but it would be possible.
