papu cuando olvidas tu pass . hay 1 opcion de olvide mi contraseña , ya sea facebook , cuenta de banco , etc etc. que te pide opciones para llenar solo el dueño de la cuenta eso es por medida de seguridad ! solo el dueño podra llenar correctamenta todo hasta alli okey.

ahora el punto de aqui es simple y facil mandar el password al e-mail@, solo el dueño podra entrar al e-mail y asi podra entrar a su cuenta hasta alli okey''?
