Yes indeed i did, but it had nothing to do with MaxKO.

So can you please unban my character, as you can see from character info, there is no sign of using a third party tool

He just said you viewing/using Heavenfire. How do we know it wasn't being used for MaxKO? Why would we unban you?

Like I said before, there is no sign that I have used or that I intended to use for MaxKO. I had my acount for couple of days, was still exploring the game, did not even go to CZ, I did not level up extreme fast, have no richdom.

It looks like the software scans my computer and sends it to you, probably violating my privacy, BUT if it is as easy to detect such a case, you could give me a second chance because I claim that I have never used it.

Otherwise I can also understand that it is your task to prevent volations and wish the MaxKO team succes with it's job.
