Decided to make this topic since so far i've seen plenty of people don't know what to do exactly in order to complete the quests, etc.
A few words about the quests in general first:1.: There are 4 new "Christmas" quests + 1x more permanent one (Glory BDW earring)
2.: Every Christmas quest can be done only 1x time with 1x character (The quest items are tradeable so you can do it with other chars too kinda easily). This doesn't apply to the permanent, Glory BDW earring quest ,you can make that multiple times with the same character.
Let's take a look at the Christmas quests now, these are the exact amount of the quest items you have to collect in order to complete each 4 quests:

The ones i bordered with yellow are the moradon quests. You can exchange them at the Big Christmas Tree near Anvil:

They can be found at moradon town (The moradon ones has lower drop rate than the CZ ones) and at CZ aswell. There are 1-1 spots with 5x snowmans at each behind both bases and 10-10 more between both bases and bowl. [The 10-10 between bases and bowl has pretty long respawn time, the ones behind bases has the lowest respawn time, then the moradon one, and the 10-10 more at CZ has the longest as i said. However moradon town has around 16 snowmans so they will seems to be spamming more often]

The 4th Christmas quest is the "Maxko" letter quest. Bordered the required items with blue in the first picture. As you can see you have to collect 150x from each letters. You can obtain them from the Golden Snowmans at bowl. There are like 16 of them totally at bowl.

-Moradon quest 1 (Poroom): 1x Hero Part (always the same)
-Moradon quest 2 (Teeti): 1x ROV (always the same)
-Moradon quest 3 (Theo): 20.000 NP (always the same amount)
-CZ "MAXKO letter" quest: 1x Valkyrie Part + 75.000 NPs.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------About GLORY BDW earring:Spoke with some ppl who thought you have to collect 20x old BDW earring for a new, GLORY BDW EARRING. That is NOT true.
In oder to get 1x GLORY BDW EARRING, you have to win 20x BDW ---> get 20x BDW medal and exchange the 20x medal for 1x new earring.
The BDW medals are non-tradeable and not even storeable, so you can't put them to inn aswell. You have to collect it with 1 character. Or buy the GLORY BDW EARRING on merchant later when people start to sell it. (The earring is tradeable, the medals are not)

We also have an additional old quest from last years, it's mostly for the really beginners, doesn't worth it for the rest of the people. You can farm Christmas trees at Luferson / EMC and exchange them for items at the chaotic generator. (It gives only things like +5 or +7 +8 [don't really remember] tier / darkness weapons, etc)
(You need like 4-5-6-7 free inventory spots in order to be able to exchange the christmas presents else it doesn't let you do it for some reason.)
