Some been bashing on gms quite a lot, including myself. We're going a bit hard on you, but we got our reasons, I'll stop since it looks like nothing will ever happens. 1 thing I could suggest...

Would it be possible to have only 1 more GM that would be active on the night time? The only one that is currently on from time to time is Kaoz, but a lot of peaple are requesting some help during night, and no GMs are on to help.

Also 1 more suggestion, exemple you make an event at 3AM server time, would it be possible to make the exact same event at 3PM server time(approximate, depending on cz activity,players online), because in my opinion, the players that play during daytime got a very good advantage the. the night players, such as me, and I believe having events on night would make the server a bit more active, because the server is quite dead on night time, I think I never seen a single event on night time

And also, maybe preparing your events in advance, like making a notice on forum to let peaple know there gonna be an event at x hour, like on the top of the forum, and not in event section, since nobody really watch it.

Please, don't close this topic saying it's useless or whatever. I want valid reasons if your closing it. I'll even make a pool to see who agree...

in my opinion,kaoz/Heisen should be leader,aqua/tyson get kicked and they should deffinetly add a new gm during the midnight,since they arent online&they are afk they should add new gm's.

gm lead have limit of gms, each x members on server his limit upping so if you guys help server to grow he will be able to add night gm from america/canada maybe asia ..

Frank i won't close your topic, its your own idea to suggest and share your opinions. It's nice to see when someone on pretty way wanna tell us that need GM to make server more active at night. The bad thing was Banana's useless topics (also his post now on your topic).
As Flegy already said i have limit of adding new GM atm, since all my GM's are working their job perfect, i won't kick any of them, but maybe if the server grow up, we can add one more GM. Until then lets see what will be results of your poll.

Since you were member of our team, you know we have GM AFK list. To other who doesen't know that is the list where GM make post when he need to be afk for some time. That mean he have trip or work in the real life.

You should move that topic in announcement, or just let peaple know when some gms are going AFK, would prevent complaint about innactivity, also, in my opinion, I've seen way bigger server working with only 2-3 GMS, so I understand the fact that there is a limit if GMs, but if they would be some more active In-game, it would definitly help the communauty to believe in them, since pretty much nobody know the identity of your PK char, and can't PM them if they have questions.

Why would we do that, since when you have problem you need to make topic. That list is made for other staff members to know when member of the team is not available at certain time. Players doesen't care which GM helps them until they get their problem solved. Also if anyone have question about something, he is free to send PM on forum to any GM, and he will get answer when that GM open the message.
