You got banned for using plenty of 3rd party tools by a ex-GM, your ban is permanent so wait for a GM to check this case out maybe you get a second chance, maybe not, up to the GM.

In my opion, everone deserves a second chance but when I checked what programs you have used I am guessing that we wont be able to give you a second chance. However I'll discuss this with other GM's and we will come up with a final decision.
-> I dont recommend getting your hopes up . <- It doesn't mean you'll be unbanned %100 ( There might be a chance) . Or you'll stay banned.
