Cause MaxKO and Titan are two different server that use same accounts to log in.
Titan is fresh new server kinda like old MaxKO before expansion.

Your items are still on MaxKO server. On other side, you have opportunity to start fresh. Most of items are easy to farm and easy to get. Other, like Hero are still as I said, like on old MaxKO. You can buy them from PUS or for NPs.
