I use to have this problem but it fixed itself, so not entirely sure the solution for it sorry! |

same i used to have this problem when bdw first came out. have you tryed repatching to see if that works. just a suggestion |

Try add this tbl in your data folder download/file.php?id=234 If that dont help than it can be because of too much connections on web server,than he dont accept your login |
