To whom it may concern, this is starting to get out of hand. This is the second time in 1 week that my account has been blocked. I do not understand why this keeps happening and quite honestly it is not only frustrating but starting to become aggravating. I am an honest player and anyone from the server can vouch for me. I try to help out new players and I stay away from any drama. As for 3rd party tools... who in their right mind would use any, that just destroys the gaming experience for everyone and there is no fun in that. I was told the last time I was banned was because I was abusing knight cash? I don't see how that is possible seeing as the only knight cash I have is from completing two quests giving me a total of 200 Knight cash. I have also been saving up knight cash vouchers in hopes of saving enough to redeem items with, they are all in my inn hostess and have been obtained through countless hours of game play. This is not something I want to deal with on a regular basis... I would like to continue playing as soon as possible, I want explanation as to why this keeps happening and I want some sort of apology. My character name is DarkPhoenix
