I seem to have a problem with the website and all that is related with this.
I can't visit the website, I can't join BDW, I can't get the reward from the NPC in Moradon.
On the website it says that Webpage is not available
On BDW, and reward NPC, the window show's up but stay's white...

bro i experienced this before, this could be due to:

1. your internet provider give some restriction on your internet connection, maybe you have some balance on monthly bills. some provider give restriction like you cant open any browser but you can play maxko titan.
2. maybe your browser need to upgrade to the latest version on it.
3. check the browser settings and try use default , maybe can help a bit.

Got 1-2 tips, but don't wanna say bullshits so will rather asking Flegy 1st, he is better with these kinda things than i do and he will either answer here directly, or i will let you know his advices.

First of all Thank You Angel_Arms for your answer and for trying to help me.

1. My internet connection has no restiction about pages or traffic, and my bills are paid up to date

2. I tried with Mozilla, Opera, Chrome and Internet Explorer... Mozilla and Opera freshly installed, so i think is not a matter of Browser.

I don't know to much about this kind of stuff, but I am sharing the IP with another 5000 people or something like that, because I am a student and they are providing the cheapest internet connection possible.
I am thinking about the fact that maybe the IP is blocked or something similar, and i am saying this because I can't access the pages from the game, like PUS, BDW, and all the features that are related with a webpage.

in that case maybe some rules or restriction are on it that's why you can't access the bdw or any npc that is related in browser opening. maybe due to many IP sharing. but just wait for flegy he knows better
