Since there were no logs and you did not provided any screen shots, I'll close this topic. Please create a new topic with valid information and answer all questions. Follow this form to post your problem Olso look if you didn't rollbacked and that you checked on your middle char (opened & closed PUS), after that, the VP reward should be in your inventory.
