hello ,
my ID is Smokeyqc , Char name MrGangBang(it was Neverd1e and after TouchMyassBaby ) before that i changed it to this one. I dont played for some months , about 4-5 . I Had Hero set and Valkyrie and i donated for those ( i have some proof of payment by paypal .

so i loged in today in date of Jan. 7 2012 and i checked if i still have all of my items but my 2 sets missing . i still have my D.axe Df set and all uniques. so i dont understand why i lost my Hero and Valk set . Please can u check this and tell me where is the problem :) I appreciate it thank you !

You need to have 2 Hero Armor Certificate´s on your Inventory, which u can trade for 2 hero sets. dont you?

yes i had those 2 certificate of hero , but i got 2 piece for it . we can get a full set for each certificate ? i choose the part not the set i think we need 5 certificate for a set but now i know its a set for 1 certificate:P Can i change those part for a set ? i have the Helmet and Pauldron

Best thing to do is to turn the certificate in and you will receive 5 parts of hero armor then you can either change the set to what you want or individually change piece by piece. NOTICE: if you have 6 spaces or less you will lose a hero part just a reminder and a heads up just incase if you do try to do it with your inventory almost full.

i have those certificate yes. but it says i dont have the required item , i did clicked on Hero sets then i want to receive my hero set is it fine ? cuz it didn't work

Deleted ur 2x hero and added hero armor cert's 2x
be sure u got enough room to turn them both in.
valk = now hero
