they should just get rid of archer class all together since everybody abuses it.

That is only visual bug, maybe your connection weren't good in that moment, so you get visual bug and it looks like they attack you from far, same as you get heal at the end of video and we doesen't see the healer. I also check both guys from the video and seems they are clear. So there is not any cheat.
