He can't change his class until the period for the rented items is expired.

if he didn't use rental items, so what kind of bug did he get? Any SS that showes the bug if possible.

i explain wait he was have other account and he use rental item and he got new account without rental item but make same name of old account so old account have rental item but new account he got it not rental so when he changed name same old he got bug u undertande ??
