I can't upgrade my sword to the yellow color I want to do it for the 2nd time since I already upgraded one but I can't do it for the 2nd time

the MAXKO Guard NPC and is working fine. Just remember that you need 40 yellow gems, 80 millions and of course a Tier Garujesu +10
If you still having this problem, please upload an SS so i can see what kind of error are you getting.

did you get any error message when tried to upgrade?
If not, Anduin will take a look

seems that only some people having this problem.
They still need 3k max to get into the final quest talk with the NPC.
But the upgrade will actually take only 2k max.

Anyway I did take the required Items 10k NP and 2k max from EOS
and added the yellow C Sword.
