As dave said , the rules are the same as last year.

Probably best weapons for every class are the following ones :

-Warrior = Rappy.with poision elemental dmg
-Rogues - IB , Shards with poison elemental dmg.
-BPs iron impact with lighting - mirage sword with flame elemental dmg.
-Mage , elixir fire staff only.

The elemental damages are very important tho.

Last time it was allowed to manes + staff so guess you are able to aswell now if that's what you mean.

Any combo is allowed , you just have to use skills until lvl 72.

Any combo is allowed , only thing to watch out is that the allowed skills are used.

Sins will only vs sins , and archer will only vs archers.

Regarding the 400 ac scroll , check rule 11.
