-Account ID: kaxapim -Chars names on that Account: Char Name_1 Top_O_o Char Name_2 None Char Name_3 None -Last time you logged in: 5th August, 2015 -IP Adress: 189.31.115.197 - I'm using WTFast so you might see different IP logs but I assure you i'm the owner of this account.. -Email address used while register account: maxko@sapo.pt -Are you sharing your Account with someone? : No All of my items were taken away from what I saw even csw belt, medal of kaless is deleted + password changed, i don't know how this happened I didn't share my account with anyone so can you help me please. |

There are logs on your account on 6th of August. And all them are from another account / IP but since you said you didn't share the account and logs saying different... I will not restore all the items. You got half of your items back, cause this problem was your mistake too. Those two accounts that were involved in scamming the items will stay banned. Case closed. |
