I want to inform you that the screenshot there was made , doesnt proove nothing.
I explained to u , what that screenshot is all about.
I have also investigated the player in game , from what I saw he was clean.I also pked against him , and i did not find nothing suspicious.
You can feel free to make a report again ,yet please dont post such screenshots where u cant proove nothing.
Try make a video - as the guy above said so we have something to work on.
So far my investigations on him were fine.

First say . proof....and y told what gonna say if take picture, or if post video u gonna say: visual bug, bad internet conection, bad pc (as one gm told to fx2), NEVER gonna see any if no want to see nothing....
What kind of proof u want, please tell: tipe of program, conection or whatever u want for do it.... or tell that never gonna make any for that cheater.
