Some bugs

1-Moradon arena not working , NPC say it should be working.

Fix arena or remove NPC .

1.1: In the notice ( chat ) last word should be King not Kin.

2-Tempest[ BLACK MARKET ]: If you open the black market it will show a price of certain quest.

But if you don't have enough max point , it will show another price.

3-Merchant : You cant view some items info on hovering if you buying from merchant.

1) NPC say arena work on MAXKO not on Titan server

1.1 it happent because msg is too long for chat, full msg is
