Since the latest incidents i might agree with you and the GM schedule.
Every GM must be responsible at least one or two hours at day. Been a part of a team and no working as the same it only shows lazyness and no respect, not even for the person who gave you that position.
Is this is not fixed, soon we will have others that might follow this bad behavior.
