Making the items storeable will decrease the value of this item.so when you transferring untradeable items which can be purchased from PUS, it hurts the value of the item and when it hurts the value of the item, it hurts the donations to the server to keep it a live moreover,We apologize, but we are not able to transfer any kind of non-tradeable items any longer so you can wear the item and CC your char, the item will go to your inn then you can put/use the item in any char in your current account
