I'm not sure what kind of problem you have.

For hacked or lost account, complete this form:

actually he is trying to say that decrease non-donetor char change timer , donetor acc are able to char change in 3 days so non-donetor acc may able to char change in 4-5 days instead 7 days ! and forum moderator's pls move this topic to suggestion section .
