We've been Checking three characters and we found that the last day someone else was traded was you on 20/05/2021 at 10:14 PM

After 20/05/2021 you never traded with anyone So there's not show any loss of items

Before 20/5/2021 We are cannot see what exactly happened cos every 3-month Trade logs has been disappeared

One more thing everyone and also our staff know you give account to your Cousin ''Luamy'' ;) So better asking her/he because sharing account GameMaster is not able to join on it, Except who still his trade logs show everything :D

Hello,

First thing as I told you before you shared your account with someone and changed your password and changed your Character name as you tell me

so this problem you can solve yourself because the sharing account we don't join on it

You can call IVANBROS777 and ask him what items I've lost.
Because the last deal made was with him.

So I hope I call him as you did in the Discord or ask him to give your items back.
