Client won't connect?

I have downloaded the client and all the patches from 1591-1600 and extracted them to my MaxKO folder. I run the MaxKOC launcher (There are 2 launchers, MaxKOC and MaxKO; not sure which one I should be launching). Then I wait about 45 seconds and the launcher says "Login Server Connection Failed! Please Retry."

Is it that the login server is down? Or did I miss something?

Server was down at that moment. Now it is fixed. Let me know if it works well now.
