Dear Players Firstly I wanna thanks to all of You who never takes off hands of MaxKO, because we are the one who can rise this on high level, so with the new protection i announce the new system of Titan and MaxKO Will exist new Ranking Forum Moderator FM Lead GM Titan GM Maxko GM Lead Titan GM Lead Maxko Developer FB Admin Admin Now for sure You will ask yourself what are this news in the ranking and what changes does it takes So here is the explanation Forum Moderator - Stays almost the same as before, he's here to run the forum and cover Game Masters when they are away FM Lead - Is the leader of Forum Moderators what means if FM have some problems or doubit of something on forum (banning or unbanning) can ask FM Lead and he decide everything in forum relate. So there is no needed any permision of admin for any modification on forum, FM lead is leader of forum and Forum Moderator. Also FM Lead can add or remove Forum Moderators, for example Forum Moderator don't know how to deal with some problem but still he didn't ask FM Lead, so FM Lead take over control but if he isn't sure than he can contact admin GM Titan & GM MaxKO - It's almost the same as before, but the few changes are that GMs will get GM editor ( more info about program soon! ) on his account and everyone in GM team will have database access, so there is no needed Dedicated GM anymore, so why should we have two groups? That's why Dedicate GM Group will be removed On each server there will be 3 GMs. GM Maxko will not be in use untill we dont open maxko again. GM Lead Titan & GM Lead MaxKO- The situation is similar as FM Lead, it means will be Leader of the GMs on each server, if there is fight or doubit between GMs, GM lead is here to solve that, also will work on tactic of running new events. Gm lead will have access on controling GM editor that will can watch work of his GMs GM lead is able to add or remove GMs without nominating, but there is a limit of GMs, he can only have 3 GMs in his team, while server has around 300 players, for every extra 100 players can have 1 GM more If GM lead doubit about some problem, he can contact admin so less probless will arrive to admin Developer- Same as before, there are no changes taken FB Admin - In this group will be our facebook's administrator Here we arrived in the most important thing, what will Admin work when we have GM & FM lead Admin will have extra free time for server developing on better and take care of documentation and the work of developers. Most of admin time was taken with solving player's problems but now here is the team about this, so by now i have more free time for server development and new patches. Like this admin would be able to focus on the upgrades and everything could work fine without problems. Maxko Team |
