Hi dear maxko team! I opened topic about banned situtaion. But GM_Buddha wrote; "You were banned by the system for using an illegal program that was detected by our system." and he closed this topic. I told in my topic that I didn`t use any illegal program. I send pm to him but he didn`t answer. After than I checked my computer programs. Than I understand when I open Dxtory (video record) program I got banned. it's a paid program. But it was opening automaticly when my pc turn on. Please could you check your game system again that program not illegal. I`m sharing link about that program below. You can check this program is it legal or illegal. Can I use again this program? Could you update this program that it`s not illegal in the game system? I will wait reply. Please make sure all illegal programs are turned off. The anti cheat will automatically scan and ban you if you are using said programs so make sure it’s disabled and you shouldn’t have this problem again. /Closed |
