they consider all blocked account as a ban i dunno why I think you have to make a new topic with ban appeal form. Sadok i have exactly the same problems as you and my friends too (They changed everything even the forum and the game masters, but some old players like Link) can still play there and i dun get it , be cause i guess they unblocked his account) But they dun seem to care that much  Good luck man
