Make it about 150 or more VP to change nation :P
Because np is damn easy for people to have, np whore will trans to the side with more people to easier to kill crystal, monument, and there r some quest which give 5k nps.
By using vp to NT people will have to decide, they NT or they keep vp to get item..

But what if it is a spare of the moment thing? Like all ya clan wants to NT but you don't have the VP to follow :P

I think it might be less fun if you have to wait for vote points.
