Broo it´s quite simple, and yes it´s under your end the issue, if not every one would be facing the same, righto?

Well, try go under your firewall settings clean that bull sh*t windows firewall out.

Right after that, you could try check your ports on the router, maxko will connect under the port 9999 and use the game and some other ports, try free ´em up.
