I got 2 char dc 1 work

Hello, i got problem i log onn normaly id psw etc then i see me 3 char :
i cant log inn in 2 char but i can log on for 1 char, plz check this Gm.
Btw i dont log inn in game 1 montsh

char: Bomba

btw i try debug account and still 2 char its disconecting when i try log

Ye ban sure i dont play 2 months, if i log inn its good , now its a problem.
