So why not have some incentive on a server reboot... like a temporary NP boost? Of 10 NP or something...
That way when you guys reboot a server, there would be a rush to cz and pwn face
Make it last like 30 minutes or something along them lines!
The idea is self explanatory and shouldn't require much explanation
