i have a question actually, i spent some vote point bought rov. I tried today ROV uprage to + 2 but didnt work. How Can i uprage ? or need special scrool ?
Flegy and jouzou gave me different answer, now im confuse. who is right ?

My replay to you bro, Ring of vote is only buying from panel +0, and it's not upgrading thank you for understanding bro and use your brain my friend did you see before Ring of vote +1 in MAXKO
