could you able to confirm us with specific evidence related to your issuse,Since i've doubt about what you wrote above....(PM logs) is showing an conversation is so different and opposite your stroy that you wrote it above between you and the guy you traded him your "H bow" " in shortly  you had considered the guy who called" ShagratH as a real player then you gave him your H bow but after you had found out that he wasn't the real player and looks like a normal player using name of ShagratH, you had asked him to return your H bow,so you didnt afford that result after he hadn't given you it back.....this case was on your own responsability, beside you had created a fake story in order to restore your items... if i'm wrong with what i had said above, you can correct me nd confirm us with an evidence or you have to use another option such as " talking with the guy you had traded him ur items to re-back it for you" |

on the other hand, if you are requesting a help for transferring your items as you had said, you should summon a gm to help you in a trade to avoid the problems like that |

After a long investigation... I came up with an end to this case. SecretLove gave the Hero Bow to Shagrath for xx reasons. Shagrath took the Hero Bow and refused to give it back to SecretLove for xx reasons. Shagrath traded the Hero Bow + Hero Sword for 2x Valk Parts with someone called AloneButHappy. Therefore, I had to reverse back the trade back to zero like nothing's happened just to avoid any sort of complications. Shagrath got his Hero sword back and returned Hero Bow back to SecretLove. AloneButHappy got back his 2x Valk Parts. I will NOT tolerate any kind of stupid action like this again. If SecretLove is lying about any of this, he will get a worse punishment, same goes for Shagrath. Both are warned for now. Happy ending, Solved & Closed. |
