Well, that the biggest issues i got for cooling system..Electronic and water cant sit together otherwise u got waterproff also with its maintanance prob :p . Em..How about

You can get corsair watercooling if you want, its much easier to maintain then custom loop. I just think if you aren't overclocking there should be no need for it, and would suggest you get the quietest option. Like a passive heatsink or low rpm, low dba fans.

noctua nh-U12p se2
120mm sso cpu cooler?
Or
hyper 212 EVO
rr-212e-20pk-r2?

Noctua have very good performance, but I personally don't like the look. Your call.

its the curved monitor screen :p. How to use 3x1060p? U mean 1view divided to 3screen?

I would suggest atleast a vertical pixel count of 1080, so you can watch HD movies etc. correctly. 3x1080p means 3 monitors, each with a resolution of 1920x1080p (total of 5760x1080). Look up eyefinity (ATI cards) and 2d/3d surround (nvidia).

about that cpu, i want it fast, got stable heat, max round 40-50,and hard enough to used in 24/7 since not me only play game,my father, sister and little brother :p

That CPU is the fastest for gaming. Faster than the 3930k as games don't utilize the extra cores. I haven't heard of heating problems on the 3770k if you are not overclocking and have decent cooling.

i tot u mean ssd micro sd cell phone memory card adapter..Hahahaha! Well,i did choce 1 =sandisk extreme solid state
drive 120gb

lol definately didnt mean micro sd card. I have used kingston, OCZ, intel, corsair and samsung ssds. Difference between them on SATA 3 is pretty minimal. The sandforce chipset has some issues moving compressed files around as the ssd already compresses them. If that is an issue avoid OCZ and all but the neutron series Corsair ssds (they have a new chipset and you may want to wait until they become more mature. I would probably get Intel 520 SSD.

im using headphone (it give me more effect while playing creapy game)
or i still can upprove the sound quality by those thing?

I would say the effect on headphones is even greater then speakers :P especially the cards I mentioned before, as they have headphone amps, large SNR and a decent DAC.

about cooler system, heard before, liquid never defeat air cooler. How about if i use both gagjet? I mean, 2 air cooler used to pump in and suck out air.And 1 liquid cooler focused on heatable part?

A custom water cooling loop should be better than air cooling. High end air cooling about the same as contained water loops like the corsair Hxx/x series.
If you want to watercool I would suggest going with something like the corsair Hxx/x kits as it can be difficult to set up custom loop, and if you dont know what you are doing you could ruin your PC.

well if you want to buy that pc just for KO, then i dont rather u that!
I´ve got a Lappy with i7 2630, GeForce 525gt and 8gb ram, dont had any problems on other Games too, not even on Games with High Graphics.
Example: i´m playing Crysis 2 on ultra, that says anything.

i wouldnt make my own pc, if you make something wrong with parts etc, it could be that ur pc gets darned hot..

I prefer you to buy a normal Desktop (which is pretty enough)
Like: i7 Hexa Core, GeForce 560GTX(runs every Game on Ultra settings, without any Problems and ram like 8-12 GB. thats enough.
but if u want a Gamer pc, then you need some other shits :P

So out of place in that setup.
