so, i have a little chat with anduin and he said that in order to use Clan NT, we need to have 30k donated NP on clan. So we already done it as u can see in this pic we already have 30k for donated Clan

and suddenly, when rated NT the clan, not the clan np that we are donated that has taken, by the leader nps that system taken as u can see in this pic.
