hero is better then tier by 10 attack?

I think there should be more of a variety of weapons in the game like how you can spend your hard earned pk[national points] for a hero weapon. think there should be 3 options too choose from like 50k maybe a little more attack power then Tsword 150k and then something lower then a hero weapons attack power 300k hero weapon. |
