You cannot vote twice at day when voting is allowed every 24 hours, if you try voting from ip what someone already vote same day you will not recaived votes |

Hmmm its weird but try to clear browser cache and clear history maybe it will work after clearing all. You can use CTRL+SHIFT+DEL then check all boxes and clear history. |
