Hi, Have you tried the forgot password method in Maxko WEB? Please try that first before we can escalate your password issue with the GM Team. |

Yes he change password and try still wont work. I let him log my acc and it let him log in. Something wrong with his acc. |

Does he using mixed with big and small letters? Or maybe even other symbols? That may Sometimes let you log on forum But not in game. |
