legcut/scream is hard to work here coz of the resistance where i can say a lil bit higher , u can see ur own jewels, how much additional resistance u can get from the set, + if u talking about slowing rogue, they even have magic shield skill which increase their resist also, so its kinda hard to make them slow, but sometimes it will work, where u can see they will town...'well not all of them'
