What i know so far is this. Yaan and Link played Nusko together. Link gave Yaan's char the best donate armor in Nusko. Yaan chose to NPT with his "own" account causing him to get "himself" banned. After he got banned he came to MaxKo forum to tell others Link scammed him, but links end of the trade was to give him Items and he did that. Yaan got him self a ban so Link did not scam him. Link won the case and 3 days later yaan made a SS of an msn convo which is pretty easy to make. So Links char was giving back to Yaan even though yaan shouldn't get it if the above statement is true... The worse thing is that Links items was also in Yaans account. So yaan Not only got Links item in Nusko but he won his char + his items. If this was up to me i would have gave valkries back to link. But - I don't support interserver trade.
