Balance server

I see many players have problem bcoz server is unbalance so i have :idea:

bad or worse .
So in this topic i wana see just Clan Leaders , to say in wath Game time his clan its online !
So if the X Clan pk at 18 -22 Game time end other Big Clan pk almoust same time 18-22 (this is example) you should transfer 1 of them Orc/Human end so on , so in this topic ned to post every Clan leader in wath time his clan is online.
