Hello, I hope you can help me solve this problem.

When I was going to ardream through the gate, my game crashed. When I try to log back on my character I got this error: https://s14.postimg.io/5jlosh44x/what.jpg
Easily I can log my others character,but when I try to log main character (Hero_Raven), this error pop up everytime.



This happened me for second time, but last time solve it when ardream map finished and close. After that I can log into the game easily...

I tried this and nothing help:
- Log on this character from open loggin
- Log through selecting character ingame
- Restart PC

(I not tried reinstall the game... I hope I will not have )

please try answer on questions to better understand problem:

1) are it always show crash?
2) crash dosent show when try login with another character , only with main?

please after it happent try not entering game with main character and post back so we can check database, also in that time you can upload log.klg file.
