try reinstalling it. then check ur date/hour, sometimes if the date is off it won't work. try looking for some missing files in system32, it might be the reason it doesn't open |

Can you click the problem details drop down and take SS ? Also try remove the following from the registry: HKCU\Software\Microsoft\MSNMessenger\PerPassportSettings\ |
