gm i have a problem with my character's skillbar

everytime i login i find skillbar gone. so i have to put it again
and when i exit or relog although i saved progress '/save' but it keeps disappearing
so will you find an answer to this problem ? im not only expecting an answer

Put your skills on a skillbar - do /save -> go to character select screen and load it again.

tried it many times , but wont work !!! another solution plz
the thing is , i have an archer on same account , the archer skill bar is always saved .
help plz
