okay i had the same problem and flegy helped me so im doing what he did:
right click on your maxko.exe on your desktop, and click open file location.
search for serve.ini
where it says Ip0= ...
change it to ip0=login.maxko.org
this worked for me.
if this doesn't work, make sure your anti-virus etc. is switched off and try also to do go to your command by click on 'start' and in the search area type Cmd
press enter..
and when in the cmd type
ping login.maxko.org
if you get some things like 150ms 149ms 149ms etc. then you are connected properly, hope this helps. goodluck.
