Hey there, try this: If you haven't, update to IE11 from here and don't touch any settings. If you already updated to IE11 then open it, press the settings button in the top right corner and press Internet Options from there go to Advanced and look for "Reset Internet Explorer settings" and press "Reset...", confirm it and try again.
