I want to retrieve the items and pass it to my other account the account is banned

Banning is a punishment for violating a rule. If we'd transfer the banned people's items to a new char there would be no point in banning. So i'm sorry but i can't do that.



According to what Wooty said in your report topic, your character will be unbanned in 2-3 days and you can play after that again.
