What causes the hp/mana bar lagg is the animation it has to reach the value. Notice that if u use a mana pot, for example, it actually takes like .25 seconds to reach the real bar value (the party bar moves even slower). Changes of hp/mana in this small amount of time will make the animation of the bar lagg. Thats why, if you're rogue, and u make a fast minor, ull see that the mana bar doesnt moves untill you actually stop for about half a second. If that animation is disabled, and instead the % of the bar value is reached instantly, i think the bar lagg fixes. Notice that while doing minor healing, neither of the hp/mana number values laggs, cause they're instant. Maybe if this same principle is applied, instant (no animation) for the hp/mana bar % value, this should be solved.

No idea what this'll be usefull???? this is the cause of party hp bar lagg. Theres no way priests can see the exact % of your hp cause if your minoring + people is hitting you, this = ur hp value changing faster than the animation, which causes the hp bar to lagg. Many people blame on the priest for not healing, and the priest is like FTW? i saw ur hp full, and this is the reason.
