UPGRADE OF INACTIVE ACCOUNTS REDUCES NP & MP
All characters who have more than 100.000 NP are included in this system
If you didn't collect 5000 Monthly NP in the current month with any character on account on the last day of the month will be reduced by 3% NP and MP, in that way we want to push top NP ranked players to PK a little 🙂
